I was able to boost email open rates for Global Gold by over 100% by personalizing messages to include not only the client’s name, but also the name, signature and return email address of their account representative. Sustained enhancement of open rates was achieved by balancing personalized messages with non-personalized ones.

Montgomery Chandler sought to avoid fatigue in its active customer email list by focusing on messages that served primarily as sales support tools for account representatives, with secondary calls to action for clients ready to buy.
